This music is a remix version of Yume Nikki's soundtrack for one of its character, Monoko(モノ子). The idea to remix this music came when I rewatch a 'Let's Play Yume Nikki!' video.

Basically, the original music is kalimba beat only. No melody, harmony, etc. So It's pretty confusing at first, but somehow I made it. I think this remix version has a 'Touhou' feel pretty damn much(since currently I am working on a Touhou arrange album too haha)

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this tune! Looking forward for your 'Like' to this tune!

I created a few songs in Anvil Studio a few years back, and though most are lost, I still hold 2 that I'm very proud of.

This one I called Walking Fight because it was a dichotomy between basic elements of music, and it starts off violent and dissonant, and then connects. The three tracks switch roles, and also the signature changes.

There's an intentional space in the filename: select the whole thing. And the websites one I made even longer ago, wrote it in notepad for a senior project in HS.

The other one I think happened because my brother Mikkey plays a shit ton of touhou. Its named after the date I started it.

7-6-11 is pretty cool, OP. With some more instruments it would've been even better. It started well 'placed' for a danmaku game, but you kind of messed it a bit in the middle; though not bad at all. Good job.

I recently did the Yume Niiki Sound Project, and that seems to have 404'd.

Well, I did a new project for Soup! It is a dream game similar to LSD, but it is much smaller and simple.
Here is the game page:

I basically looped the background music from the game eight times.
I hope you like the outcome.

I like this. Is that you on cello?

 No.653

ohh, well.. no. this is all synthesised. FL studio. The Cello instrument you are hearing is actually the touhou soundfont and some smoothing stuff done…
I live in a rather small space to be fitting nice instruments into.. my guitars hang on the wall even..
I did compose the cello piece (and everything that isnt directly the same notes as the ending theme) myself, and i spent a good deal of time making it sound as authentic as possible..
sorry to lead you astray there, though i am glad i did a bit because of the time i spent trying to make it not sound synthetic, especially the cello.

i like it but i dont really like the vocals… not quite what i like in music.

if there was an instrumental version of these that'd be awesome though
kind of reminds me of scarling/jack off jill for the music style.

Thank you for sharing!

Interesting sound, reminiscent of Chouchou and Mum. I'd recommend both of them to interested in parties.

I'm not sure if posts of this topic necessitate a new thread, but I haven't seen any here and there are a few video's with Dance/Music very reminiscent of YN out there.

Searching Strong Machine in youtube produces similar videos.

I remember namonai ost
The xylophone can sound too much like easy-listening music in the first half. Words in Pictures and White Light are fantastic.

Attenuate's ambient stuff is good. I really liked Mirage. Does he have his own site/soundcloud or is it all posted through the label?
