So I'm planning on cosplaying as Sabitsuki this year for AX. The thing is I need some help with her pipe. Any veteran Sabitsuki cosplayers have some tips or can I just buy a pipe at a hardware store or something? I just don't want my prop to get confiscated upon entering the convention. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

I *wish* you could just use a real pipe but that prolly won't go over too well. PVC spray-painted to look metal might be fine, people use it in other props all the time. I'd actually email the convention or ask on their forums to find out what is and is not allowed.

okay so that was like two months ago whoops but hey yeah i saw a sabi and a smile on sunday! if they browse UC it'd be cool if you'd post because i was the tattoo/hoodie sab with the other kinda closetcos smile ahah

pic is pre-con with no makeup test because i couldn't find any pics from the day of. there was this kind of middle aged guy who wanted a shot of me while i was kind of snoozing against a fence and that kind of creeped me out but afaik that's the only in-con pic out there.

I'm gonna go hunt for some clothing tomorrow. Main target is getting a sweater like the one Gumi wears in Matryoshka (which is so last album or so) but anyway since I'm going I was wondering, what other clothing could I morph into cool stuff just like in my animu uguu etc. etc. and what better place to ask than this. What kind of clothing should I go buy?
