Also all of the issues I was having with spelude were fixed by downloading .103i and replacing all of the files. I originally used the patch and it was ineffective. I'd suggest that anyone who has issues just goes ahead and downloads .103i.

Running Yume 2kki 0.104b on Win10 with Locale Emulator. The game runs fine, but sadly shows mojibake in all the menus.
The problem is actually solved chaning the locale of the system to Japanese, but it is a bit of a pain the ass since we have programs like Locale Emulator that should help run the game fine withut changing the system locale.
It's a shame Win10 doesn't support AppLocale anymore.
