Considering the oldest versions we have were found in obscure japanese freeware game magazines it seems less than likely at this point

If by some miracle another version does get found all my bets are on v0.05 I mean if v0.04 was found in one of those freeware magazines then v0.05 has gotta be in one of them too (might as well be the last version we’ll find in those magazines considering that versions 0.00 to 0.03 are the probably the most difficult to find just saying)
