I really really really REALLY REALLY like the witches' island. It felt deep enough in the dream world that the surrealness felt justified, on top of being very beautiful. The soundtrack was also wonderfully haunting. Other than that, the dense woods and the sky gardens felt very nice.

Sky Garden and Poniko´s Room

Sky Garden´s music alongside it´s cliff view really made me feel peaceful, and it is really relaxing and comforting too…

Poniko´s Room is really nice if you don´t think about the uboa event. Especially when it´s in lights off mode. again, music is really nice too, and the room is overall just cozy

Sky Garden, Snow World, Docks, Pink Sea and Neon Tile Path for sure. the tracks in those maps are my fav too the atmosphere is perfect.

I have several favourite locations. One of them has got to be the Checkered Tile Path simply because I rly liked the purplish haze in the background and it reminds me of the tiled floors from my childhood home. Another favourite location is going to be Mars, it has bizarrely realistic pixel graphix compared to the other locations and its quite interesting. I also enjoyed the Traincar location because trains are always peaceful for me.

Mall Rooftop, the music here is eerie yet catchy

FC House and Sky garden really stand out as the two purely happy feeling places, which in contrast to the rest of the areas being neutral to oppressive feeling really made me appreciate them.

I also love the white desert and wilderness.

mars underground. it's just such an isolated location with such beautiful music, like a precious gem that got lost to time. the music especially is the best one in all of YN imo, a sad, lonely piano. sky garden, witch's island and the docks are also really good.

Sorry to go off topic, but has anybody heard the bonus medleys for the soundtrack's commercial release? They're phenomenal. Apparently they're done by "INFINITY" (no clue who that is but maybe I'm retarded), but the mix for the spaceship, mars, and underground themes (I believe it's called "ANOTHER DREAM NO.8 -Cosmic Memory-) is fucking amazing. It sounds like a lost Aphex Twin/Gorillaz collab.

Does anyone know anything more about these songs? There's basically no discussion of them online, and they're some of the coolest "official" Yummy Nickel content.

Boiler room, the docks and dark world.

For me, it's Barracks Settlement. Always has been; to the point I don't need a map to find it at all, even without using the lamp in Dark World
