Our influences however are bands like Russian Circles, 65daysofstatic, Modest Mouse, Mogwai, lsd and the search for god, The Sound Of Animals Fighting and of course the bands you mentioned plus Sonic Youth, My Vitriol, Slowdive, etc.
As for stories… you mean like band shenanigans? Well, our rhythm guitarist gets stoned pretty much everyday. One time I picked up a girl at a cafe who we drove around while getting her increasingly high and hilariously drunk. I took her home and got laid before she threw her clothes on as we were about to fall asleep and decided to run home in a fit of extreme anxiety.
