Good or bad one thing's for sure: this show has an incredibly realistic feel to it. The attention to detail, well thought-out events, the reactions civilized people express in regards to the new dog-eat-dog (zombie-eat-human?) world they're in… It's just unbelievable

One such event that comes to mind is when that one small settlement believed zombies could be cured, so they were herding them in the barn. Zombie apocalypse shows and movies are all about getting somewhere safe or making the place you're in safe

Having a small village (not just a huge, secret government lab) think about a cure for the zombies, instead of just prioritizing safety, is an idea which brings about a refreshing twist to the genre

evening ol' chap. oooh yes that aspect was tasty indeed. i was really glad they actually addressed — quite often — whether or not their humanity should be sacrificed for the sake of survival and all that fun stuff. emotion versus rationalization yay.

of course THIS ISN'T A DEMOCRACY ANYMORE so let's just see if that keeps up. i haven't read the comics, but i know some of what's around the bend.
