>>532That's from homestarrunner, right? SO MUCH NOSTALGIA.
Most nostalgic games to me are Earthbound, DK country 2, old dragon warrior/quest games, pokemon crystal, and animal crossing~

Man, there's so many I could pick! One of the bigger ones would probably be Bubble Bobble for the Game Gear, since that was my first video game ever.
I feel more nostalgia from its sounds and music than the graphics, so here's a video of it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e74E6sOSYcoFor some reason, Gameboy games seem to trigger more nostalgia in me than games on most other systems. Maybe cause I always played it whenever I was out somewhere, so I spent lots of time with some of those games.
If I had to pick only one Gameboy game, it'd probably be Final Fantasy Legend 2/SaGa 2 (the picture's of it). I only played through the whole game maybe 3-4 times, though I played through the first third or so maybe around 30-50 times (probably cause it was a tough game, and I was fairly young when I first got it).

>>551SHIT! Digimon World!
I remember renting that once; I also remember the game always freezing when I tried to cross an invisible bridge or something.

>>551So close, I played the shit out of this one.
Spent so much time on it but never got a damn thing accomplished. Still haven't seen the ending to this day.

>>550It's probably because it gets repetitive after 5000 hours or so
>>564I loved that game. It has a nice ending, good final boss battle against a planet-sized digimon. But unless you complete some legendary weapons quest it won't let you do dick post-endgame
This game is nostalgia's finest for me. Don't get me wrong, I played all of the early Sonic games, but this one is special, in a CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE FOUND THE SECRET LEVEL SELECT SCREEN way
When I was 10, I played this game like 150 times. I haven't reached the final boss, hell, the final stages, a single time. Because every goddamned try I'd be sure to get the "secret" level select screen. Good old days

Mario 1, 2, and 3, and Super Mario World.

>>583I actually got a Pajama Sam game from a cereal box, if I remember correctly; I also got Freddy Fish from cereal, but I don't remember much about either of them. They were fun though, and not remembering much will probably make them more entertaining if I ever decided to play them again (although I'm not sure where the discs are right now…).

And this is an old DOS game, Prehistorik 2.
SECRETS ON TOP OF SECRETS
FIRST MAP NON-SECRETS ROUTE IS JUST THE 10% OF THE MAP
THIS MEANS 90% OF THE FIRST MAP IS JUST SECRETS, HOLY FUCK
Also it was pretty difficult, I have never managed to finish it.
And it has this "Wow! My game is still running in the year 2000!" Cool startup message.
