Also, the only adventure a lot of us know is the one from games, not real. The danger of loss that Real-life adventures mean is something undesirable and for good reason.

Where'd you get that definition? Seems biased to me. Regardless, any adventure in which there's a chance of real loss and real gain is far more interesting anyway. I see nothing undesirable there.

I'm probably not the only one who doesn't find it fun. I start acting reliably at times like that and that's very tiring.

Job applications are risky. Going to a new school where you might get bullied is risky. Those are "adventures" yet I doubt that a lot of people enjoy them.

AFAIK Usually people are only creative if they don't have to deal with the possibility of major loss.

They're not adventures because they're boring as hell. It's all about what you can do for the company, why you're the best fit, etc; not at all about seeing new places and meeting new people.
