I think I'm just tired of being told no for nonsense reasons and seeing good people go without or just scrape by. Straight up communism will never work because the system is too easy to corrupt, but capitalism has failed the common man for the same reasons

I don't know what is right and I don't trust anyone who claims to have universal answers

I believe that straight up communism is the best system, on paper that is. As you say, the government is too easily corrupted. Capitalism only works better because it doesn't cause nearly as much damage if the government is corrupt.
