I'm assuming that your browser and computer works the same as mine.
Now then: if you don't want to use firefox for some reason, then you can right click on any non-picture link in Uboachan (such as /sugg/ or /fg/) and open the link in a new tab. That sidebar should be gone in that tab, and you might want to add the tab to your favorites or something.

Ahh, thank you, everyone. Switching my browser is something I've been meaning to do for a while now. Just not to firefox, as it dislikes my internet connection and slows everything way, way down. I'm going to try Chrome, see if that works.
