I found a really cool seed that could be used for a multiplayer world! We could have little factions in the sakura forest spread all around a big capital on the central island. It's 2048005618087379093

If the concern is not enough players, we can always advertise on a normfaggy minecraft server list. Then people can ask to be whitelisted via ubuu. [MEDAMAUDE] has said he wants more traffic, and if you're literally directing people to the site, that might be a way to get it.
