While I agree that we shouldn't be handing out bans like candy, I feel like a lot of this anger is misplaced heavily on hulje and nama who aren't the ones who banned you, and rarely ban anyone who isn't outright breaking the rules or is a spammer. Even then its better to not mention the banjo kazooie spammer if their thread was deleted. I can reverse the ban since I do think permabanning for such a reason is a bit silly especially since your post was criticizing the kazooie spammer and not actually from him.

First off, I would never spam anything, so please stop mentioning that. I said "tvch.moe's mods have not dealt with the trolling problem" and sage is one of these that had been on tvch.moe and Lainchan from what I've seen so far.

I tried to get a post removed from my thread because the people broke my boundaries by posting images and/or saying "you can't be serious" (possibly the same person). Those should have BEEN removed, not banning me, and on top of that, another person came in to break some rules that aren't mentioned in the original post. I'm absolutely ticked off. How was this even possible?

However, I am glad you mods are keeping things in check.

I was thinking, could you moderators have at least implemented a ban list? It has to be a hidden thing.

Secondly, the image that's not seen in the OP's attached image doesn't match up with any rule breaches in particular in my opinion (possibly rule #13, the same one I was breached for). A couple of you said the image was a rule #3 breach. Can anyone look into this? Thanks in advance.

What I've noticed was the breach that led up to the ban in OP's image is on par to the original post body, as well as the YouTube URL instead of explicitly stating what rule was breached. Remember when I got banned eleven years ago? The breach there explicitly stated "gore [unless spoilered and marked as such] is against the global rules". This ban showed us that it's like… a huge mess from what we've seen.

On 14.8.2025, I was banned for breaching rule 13 as addressed in https://uboachan.net/ot/res/28667.html#q29021 when I wanted to ban the user who broke my boundaries by posting images that offended me, saying "this user can't be serious". Nobody cares, if you post in an anon IB you must do so with the knowledge that you will be exposed to things and people you don't like, taking the content in here seriously will only cause you distress. (as it seems to already have)
It is evident you have not lurked here or in any other IB enough to know the basics, from linking to other threads, to the different email field flags, tripcodes(ffs how do you even know you're talking to a real mod or an anon trolling you right now), to the unspoken behavioral odds that you only experience by staying in a site for long enough.
