I've read some internet resources and they say that one of the best ways to hookup with other introverts is online, but it's different from what I imagined

But there's a silver lining, and that is that all of those online platforms like OkCupid and Tinder are going to filled with people as bored and starved for affection as you are, whose only outlet is the Internet now. It should be easier to start conversations and get replies. If you can get past the usual barriers and start online friendships with a few people in your area, then when quarantine is finally over you will be both eager to meet up.
