Specialy grinds my gears when it's a antagonist
i can name one of the antagonists who most had a chance for greatness and then got thrown to the side as a joke and EVERY time i talk about him i get pissed off.

Which antagonist?
I know I was disappointed in Bomb Rush Cyberfunk's story because it started off strong and could've been this whole cool psychological mystery thing but then just decided to end very generically and make a character that was barely explored a villain out of nowhere. Obviously that game is more known for its JSRF-like gameplay but man, what could've been had the writing been better.
