What do we think of Lainzine?

I've found myself really aligning with the topics I've read so far, but I think I was always atypical of Ubuus on this site, so I wanna know what you all think!

They call us their friends so it has to be good!

It's more of a community zine than a topical zine and it shows. You never know what you get with a release. That's both a blessing and a curse. It makes building a stable audience nil-possible. But it keeps the thing fresh and gives voice to much more than what more closed-off places (such as this thing) have to offer. I like it and its topics and I would like to see them flourish and become much better than they are now.

I have some (rather unfair) feedback about the last volume in particular. It felt rushed and incestuous in all the great and ugly ways. Let's bring our friends and make an us Lainzine seems cool but you gotta sell it a bit. I know jack shit about you: Make me invested in you. Sell yourselves a bit. Tell me what are you even? I am perhaps a bit weird but I would have actually enjoyed having the articles differ in typesetting and style more. Half of it felt like the same ting.
