In the last seconds of death you will be alone whether you want it or not. In this modern age the most usual scenario is not much different from being alone anyhow, you are usually in a hospital with full of strangers - nurses, doctors.
Do you think it really makes a huge difference for the experience of death to be alone or not? You had your chance to live, all the wasted years should be much more scarier than any ending. I personally think people are obsessed with any "ends" and focus way too much on them. Dying alone is natural, living alone is not.
