Ruined this site as a whole. I remember when this place had a pretty chill userbase with good music/video game taste. Is Discord really that much more "convenient" than typing in the URL to this site? Personally I could never get into discord, since I've only ever used chat services to IM people on occasion. I like website communities better since they're easier on the eyes and way more organized. Also established imageboards usually don't have retarded dramas every other day.

Isn't Discord just IRC with pictures? I find it troubling that everyone loved IRC and now hates Discord. I hated IRC because I kept getting kickbanned for disagreeing with chanops (and because I resented cliques). Everyone thought my complaints were stupid, but now everyone has the same complaints about Discord. Am I actually that far ahead of the curve?
