What your stubborn, people oriented, emotional mind fails to comprehend is that religion is not necessary for having spiritual experiences, striving for mastery or collective efforts at perfecting some art. You clutch at religion because freedom makes you feel dizzy, lonely and alone, because you lack bravery to sail the forbidden seas. You're terrified of going insane without this crutch, but religion itself is insanity.
You think you see truth in what some "religious authority" says, but as a result you get further away from it, everyone's shit smells, there are no religious authorities and if there was a god he would probably feel sorry for you for wasting your freedom in your one life. Only an immoral, arrogant, sick individual would wish to become a "religious leader", to rob another being of the freedom of discovering what this mess we're in is all about for themselves. Religions are foolish and foolishness is the root of evil.
I'm not sure what you mean by "dogmas of experience", but you must be having those a lot.
