Monster girl quest. Generally i'm not into fantasy, lord of rings type stuff. I don't hate it, but it doesn't appeal to me. Monster girl quest is actually the only exception to this. I guess I like the idea of there being something higher than humans on the food chain, something that's intelligent and good looking to boot. I also like how Christianity type stuff is mixed with shinto and neither one is actually super praise worthy. Everybody is more or less equal despite everything else. Not realistic, but it doesn't have to be. Nostalgia also has to do with it.

I'd be a slimegirl. Live forever, never have to chew food or sleep, never worry about cutting yourself, stronger than average person.

Probably The Wired. Late 90s (physical) cyberspace ideals, not only in media and culture but in manifestos and futurism are incredibly awkward looking back. I was hoping VR would have a browser to present this idea into motion, but commercial VR is a fucking meme.
