i always kind of felt like her hair cut off around her chest. Mostly because of the fact that it kinda curves inwards in the back near her shoulders, which to me would insinuate it ending around her breasts or something.

I always thought that the long hair effect had something to do with monoe and the blond hair had something to do with Poniko. So, I'm going to go with long hair.
