Honestly I think this fandom needs more art that doesn't focus on Mado being a psycho. Can anyone draw a cute Madotsuki winking and giving a thumbs up?

That's weird. I remember having a couple of pictures where mado wasn't crying/killing/depressive/etc; but it seems that's the only one I found where she's not like that.
I like the picture but I don't know if you could call it 'cute'; I guess you're looking for a moe-ish style right?

The artist is Aosora. He's pretty good and you can see he really likes Yume Nikki, but those are not the only impressive works he's got there.

That is sorta what I meant, though I'm not too picky on the style if you have something you want to share.

I do agree! They're a talented artist, and there's clearly nothing wrong with interpreting her character that way. I just think it's shame that she gets reduced to a killer with the Knife effect so often. Despite how dark the game appears at times, her dreams can be quite beautiful too.
