Very unlikely. None of the -tsuki names for fangames save for a very small few are real. Plus imagine how odd that is for people in Japan. "Good evening, my name is Window-chan." or something…

But I have named a Cresselia in White 2 after Madotsuki, and want to get a Darkrai called Sabitsuki.
