This version was made between 2011 and 2016.

Just played this for 3 hours straight. Cool atmosphere and interesting art direction with ASCII characters on fully painted environments. I'm also really enjoying the soundtrack (MELATONIN is such a haunting track). I spent most of my time getting lost and experimenting with items on things.

Only major bug I found: When the beast/mongrel first appeared in my house, I 'examined' my surroundings and it got stuck in a dialogue loop so I had to restart.

Critiques: The text in the game is a blobby illegible mess most of the time. Because it's made in such a horribly outdated engine, I couldn't play with a controller and I couldn't get it to go full screen at a decent res.

Gonna pick this up again later to see if I can beat it. You should make an itch.io account so I can follow your work!!

rpgmaker 2k/2k3 is really retarded, it complains a lot of material you "don't have" and shit tied to the RTP even when you've cut the ties with it, so it's easier to export the thing with the installer than to release a .rar.
