So game is basically a fangame that makes fun of fanfiction and is meant to look bad and shitty on purpose but then it turns into a psychological horror game like ddlc and off and yume nikki (I have no other games to describe sorry) and I guess might try and break the 4th wall to scare you or something (this idea is not final so if I decide it’s overused and ass I’ll scrap it)

Well that’s probably what a ton of ya’ll are going to ask anyways so I’ll just say it it’s going to be (I shit you not) a Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers fangame but with a twist you won’t be playing as neither Chip or Dale you’ll instead be playing one of the villains lackey’s and chip and dale are the final boss (basically)

The game is actually been in development for nearly 2 years at this point and it’s basically one of those “started as inside joke” games that grow into big things I guess

The game is trash but its at least fast. Minus the shit random encounters. Turn them down, as well as the long corridors. Like nobody clearly gives a fuck, both inside and outside the story. To the point of being ridiculous.

Just played it and while I do agree that it is trash I feel like there’s a lot of effort in it in a way (feel free to call me stupid) I mean it’s miles better than all those shitty rpg maker games with stock assets lazily thrown together
Anyways from what I got story wise I feel like it’s ripping off smt and persona at the same time I guess also trust me but there was like this one weird Easter egg in an alleyway where the screen turned red trust me it was real.
(Oh yeah and the last guy is kinda right in saying that no one gives a fuck which leads to lines like this like kek lmao)

I know that to be a dev means you have to have thick skin and you must be ready for criticism even if very harsh.

However, even for projects that are too amateurish or outright terrible, try to not be mean. We need more devs to join and they are not gonna if they see they can get torn apart for posting.

On one hand, the game hasn't been updated in over a year. And that's already a pretty bad sign on its own.
On the other hand, a random anon claimed it got cancelled over drama (presumably). But, even though it would be pretty easy to do so, he didn't post any proof of that actually happening.
So… who knows.

I mean the fact that the thread of this game was created very recently probably means that a someone just found this and decided to fuck with us (which is most likely unrealistic) or b the dev actually made this thread and was gonna share updates with us until he saw the anons insulting them and their game and unless the actual dev comes out and gives an actual update we don’t know for sure if this project is really cancelled or not
