Your room is the coziest so far to me OP, minus the daemon. Small rooms are always the best for sleeping, especially when they're underground or way high up.

excuse the roughness of this drawing. the angle is a bit confusing so let me explain. the chimney is the large square above the staircase and carries down to the room below. there is no door so the space is essentially a loft. next to the chimney is the crt and the dresser, and then the bookshelf next to that, which comes up against a slanted part of the roof. then there's the bed next to that slanted top right corner, and my computer and desk, which are hiding next to the bed behind the stand-up closet. the door leads to another building. this is how your view would be if you were looking at it above, from the staircase side.

here is a second angle that may be enlightening. we are now facing the stairwell from above the bed. the large mass on the left hand side is the sloped ceiling (cutout from behind) and the large mass on the right is the stand-up closet

both doors lead to same hall. need to paint, install new shelves and replace some of the old, and do a lot of organizing and unpacking.

..you are right, i am sorry for using those words. i just have known that person since before he got popular online and i always thought his attitude towards art was mean spirited, so it didn't feel nice to be compared. whenever i see his art it makes me feel icky because i know a lot of the people who share it around are the same kind of people he is mocking in private. but i don't want to be spreading more negativity.
