I don't think he has one. I looked though his sites and other places, and there wasn't any reference to a pixiv page.

The only think I found was his site's gallery with images of the game. His stuff is kind of cute.

OP here,the reason i wanted to find his Pixiv page is that i'd like to ask him to release his game on Steam following in the footsteps of Kikiyama who released Yume Nikki on Steam recently.
Maybe the best way is to send him an email instead of a message on Pixiv.

The last post on his blog was made less than three weeks ago.

I've just sent a mail to Kouri and he answered expressing some interest toward releasing his game on Steam,maybe if more fans contact him and ask him to put his game on Steam and/or we can convince him that he can make some money by selling the OST of the game as additional content on the Steam page,like many other free game have done we might convince him to do it.

Here's his reply to my mail.

海外の方からもこのような感想をいただけて、大変うれしいです。

今のところ、Ibをsteamに登録する予定はありませんが、いずれリメイクしたものをローカライズも加えて販売したいとは思います。

And why the hell would we want to do that? What could any of us possibly have to gain from it being downloadable somewhere else? If it's because you think he 'deserves money from the game', why don't you let him decide that for himself instead of starting some email spam camapaign aganist him?

I think second anon is an assholes, but I also think that pestering him about it would do no good. If he ever does release a remake or update, then might be a good time to ask about it. Or, start a petition so that you could group all the interest in one place rather then bombarding him with emails.

Why the fuck you faggots want to force every single shitty game made in RPGmaker to be on steam? Do you realize you can download them alright without it being there? Do you realize they are good enough as is without needing to be there? It doesn't add anything at all. If the dev wanted to milk their product they'd be doing it already.
