It seems that door on the right in the basement of Urotsuki'd Dream House are now accessible.

I don't know if it's new, but it seems that Bat effect is going to be available soon.
When I got this effect from E point in Mini Maze, Urotsuki with first action sets some kind of check point. When you move to another place in the same area and use this effect again, she will fly away and go back to a previously set check point. Going to another area resets this and Urotsuki notices you of that by making a sound effect.

English is not my native language, so I hope that above text is understandable.

Also I've found that when you enter that new room in Urotsuki Apartment's with child effect equipped and holding down up button while you open the door, Urotsuki will turn around and jump like she is happy or very surprised.

I went to area with purple-black checkered walls and statue of owl.

After several uses of School Boy effect, suddenly whole room started to rotating in very different ways, removing Urotsuki out of sight of camera.
Several moments later room went back to "stable" state, but with large amounts of fast rotating stars in background instead of checkered floor and ceiling.

There are so many fucking places it's not funny.

Here's something only accessible through Debug Mode. I think it's supposed to be what's behind that crazy flesh door in Broken Faces World, as it leads there if you try to exit here through the door pictured here.

There's nothing to do here right now, however, besides find a few bloody mouths that seem to remind me of .flow, and lack collision of any sort.

There's a couple other odd maps, but this one sticks out because it's in a tileset that you don't see otherwise.

I can't really read japanese and I finally figured out how to do it (I Wish I saw your post earlier btw) In particular, I am interested in finding the switches for activating unused effects (I.E. Idol effect, Priestess effect, etc.) If possible. Though a full list would really be appreciated, I know it's a lot so I'm not even expecting someone to translate them all.
