It's in the tribe settlement, you go north of the settlement then go east until you see a path that goes south and you enter the stairs into the area. You have to descend a few floors to find those two areas.

Been here quite a bit. It's on the wiki. It's basically a glorified passageway that is actually really easy to get to.

I think it's planned, but I'm pretty sure it's not in the game yet. If there were a way to get there, it probably wouldn't be in the same world. You'd have to either go through a completely different world there, or maybe this underground passage will be modified to be used as a passage.

Since it seems that the tribes are in some kind of conflict (in one of the huts of the tribe settlement, there are corpses of the members of the other tribe hanging from the ceiling), it's very unlikely that the passage to the other side will be there. I think it will be accessible from the fairy tale world.

As for the creatures in the hut, they can be alive (although they do nothing), but since they are hanged from the ceiling, it's obvious that they have been captured, so there's indeed some kind of conflict.

As for making sense, well, it's not supposed to make sense, it's a dream, after all. Neither of the YN fangames, nor YN, makes sense. And that's why we love them.

Well the fairy tale world is the area that you access by going into the UFO from the Broken Faces area and interacting with the apple in the UFO.

I've been there, once. They have a star, if I recall right, that makes a SMB mushroom sound.

There IS a way across the river now. Use the Teru Teru Bozu effect to make it rain, and then the Rainbow effect to make a rainbow bridge across.
