Wow, some of these are quite creepy.
Since there are many effects in here which are already implemented, and there are still many empty slots in the trophy room, it's very likely that many of these will be implemented in the future.

This is a very old effects list, I'm pretty sure it was around for over a year.
It's obviously very outdated, some of the effects look different than they are in the game. Effects with ド are supposedly dropped effects (note the tissue box and invisible effects, both of which are in the game, and the hot springs one which is in the game, albeit not in effect form)
If you look at the bottom left, it's updated to 086e. Quite a while ago.
