To get this ending, you have to get all wallpapers. But I'm sure there is a bug in the event handler, since it won't unlock some of the wallpapers, even if the required condition has been met. For example, here's this one. In the previous versions, it used to be unlocked (along with another one) by activating the lonely Urotsuki event at the amusement park. In 0.96, nothing gets unlocked at first, I had to trigger this event a few times to get the another wallpaper, but not this one.

Is something wrong with my game, or has this happened to anyone else as well?

It's happening to me too.It also happens with the underwater wallpaper.I went to the house and saw the play,but don't got a wallpaper
