Sorry the wiki's out of shape still since the new update. We're working on it.
First thing's first:

Make sure you get to the 'outside' of the Red Nail Passage.
Look for a nail that has a paper pinned down on it. This leads you to the world you need to be in.
It's an unnamed world, but it's filled with broken colored pencils and rocks for some reason. Either way what you need to do is find a "slate" that is blank white. Then you go find 4 other slates that have color on them - they'll play different versions of the same music - until this slate is showing a rainbow tree. (Easy way to find each slate? Go directly left, go directly up, there's two slates you'll find if just travelling upwards and one slate you'll find when going to the left. iirc there's one to the right, too, but a little harder to get.)
When the slate has turned into a picture of a rainbow tree, interact with it and then you'll be in the "Park" area. In here, use the rainbow effect. A feather or something will float from the tree. Interact with the feather and you'll get the new menu type.
