you be surprised if I tell you that way you get the wallpaper in the op is to encounter each of the objects displayed in the wallpaper. you need the lantern effect to get the one guy on middle left shelf in the picture.
I have gotten all the wallpapers. If you need any help just ask away and Hopeful I am able to recall how to get what you seek.

after i visited an event in the carnival i got the bottom 3 with urotsuki

go to the carnival and notice the black pillar with japanese scrolling on it. keep looking at events and things in the carnival until the pillar changes to different japanese letters, interact with it and it will take you to a little hallway.

as for the picture on the top right depicting urotsuki's room. That wallpaper From what I gather is just a placeholder. as for the bottom 3 wallpapers, you have to interact with the number board in the underwater carnival. Try using glasses effect and child effect on the number board. If I recall correctly that should get you the bottom three wallpapers.

I see that there are "no data" mallpaper areas. Does that mean the creators are accepting Yume 2kki fanart? Because I would totally like to get in on that.
