In fact i realized that all of those aztec and Shitai-san are not really something that Madotsuki witnessed, in case this could be true we could also start thinking in Madotsuki being the mother of Gyigas as a possible theory.
I think both of these events are more tribute like FC world was, sadly this game is so UNKNOWN by the people to really considerate my theory of tribute, Sanitarium a great psychological horror adventure that was released for the PC back in 1998. Here, players take on the role of an amnesiac who finds himself in a disturbing place with no memory. There are five worlds to explore with many puzzles to solve so Sanitarium is a fairly decent length game. Almost none of the characters that inhabit Sanitarium are sane so it provides some disturbing scenes. It's probably that KIKIYAMA played also this game and wanted to do another tribute on it with all that aztec references and the car accident

Even if Monoko and Monoe could dismiss my theory i have come to counter "these" girl"s". They are the same person, and this person its MADOTSUKI, Monoko means monocromatic girl, and Monoe could be related to E-san who has been pointed as the rapist of madotsuki in many theories since he acts as KyuuKyuu-kun (not fearing the knife and getting angry with kitty), while you see Monoko she seems not like a bully as many (sorry for this word) morons says, she looks like a normal girl but for me she looks exactly like madotsuki with the long hair effect and without her sorrowness, while Monoko is shoeless and has both legs spread, also seems to have some kind of bullet mark in a place that could be right in her womb, besides the way to acces monoko is killing Dave Spector (who could be another impersonation of her molester) finally the multiarms could be the forced positions that the aggressor used to put her, plus she is crying. Remember that red light is not only related to traffic but also reveals true forms of some npc's.

There is also something that supports even more my theory: Both games have a lot of similarities.
Max Laughton is also obsessed with aztecs, can shapeshift in his dreams and needs to solve puzzles in his subcon to progress, while he reaches a totally different ending compared with Madotsuki both are vivid dreamers trying to escape from something or someone and also have to deal with creepy and bizarre NPC's. Maybe I could be comparing Link/Claude Speed with the Dragonborn but you can't deny i have some strong points
