I'm not trying to be a dick, but the name is right here in the very image you posted. I searched it up and found a wayback machine capture of the forum where it was originally posted, but the download URL linked there is dead. It was created by a user called "P. Yoshi."

Just finished completing Junko. It was definitely one of the better Nikki fan games out there, some top tier shit. The game doesn't really take itself too seriously, save for a few sections, but it was done in a great way. I especially like the cute animations Junko have and its artstyle in general. Now I wonder if the creator have any other good games currently being lost to time.

I remember this game being submitted to YNFG archive the same day as >>6498 reply, maybe even by this exact anon. Too bad it's not an actual fangame, so I couldn't include it in the archive. Good thing it's preserved somewhere else though, as everything should be.
