Aw snap, I never check /fg/ but I probably should have thought of that. I apologize for the redundant topic.
No.1482
I was just about to post asking if people have played it.
No.1485
To be honest, Middens probably belongs here more than in /fg/. It's a YN fangame in about the same way that Half Life 2 is a fangame of 1984.

seems interesting
a castle on tank treads killed me
No.1493
it's interesting that you have a choice when it comes to killing most enemies- if they're even enemies; i've felt bad and left some alive. i killed a carmom but her babies are still alive
I haven't had time to get too far yet

now that my nomad learned some magic and got some hp and so on so all battles aren't a bloodbath, I really like this game
it's a little buggy though, the guitar has fucked me up a few times and I had to alt+f4 out and lose some progress. I pushed down to play it and he just stood there with the guitar out and didn't play it and I couldn't move or get the menu open. I think it's because it sometimes makes you slide around a little, some positioning issue for the change of sprites or something, and the sprite couldn't slide to where the game wanted it to be so it just waited forever and then I was boned

>>1509oh fucks
I still haven't played that, what is wrong with me
No.1514
I really liked Middens, and a lot of the bugs have been fixed with recent releases (though I'm sure not all of them). I can forgive some of the flaws though, because it's FAR more intricate than a lot of the stuff you usually see on RPGMaker.
I'm kind of surprised that it doesn't get talked about more here. Some people bitch about the collage art, but it's still beautiful. It seems there was more discussion about the game before it came out than after.
Also, summon-able party members is cool.

Has anyone here yet succeeded in getting the alternative ending?
No.1571
Yeah, actually.
One method of retrieving the alternative ending is to accumulate atleast sixty-seventy 'nothings' by slaying the battle creatures. You should probably do this before initiating into the end game area. Upon completing the story you'll be introduce to the different ending.
Also, if you want a quick tip on generating a lot of nothings quickly–-hunt some thrones(they're really weak) or go out the area in the Beetleground apartments where the bloody bunny creatures live and fight their throngs.

Is this a jap game? I'msure I've heard of this before but the tumblr's giving me nothing in recollection
No.1579
>>1578Nope, the game's original language is English.
That tumblr's updated by the creator as well, and has a link to the game download at the top, in case you or anyone else overlooked it.
