At a point today there were three different threads on the first page of /n/ at the same time that were chat ads or personal ads. And the content of these was mostly the kind we'd rather see on /ot/, probably because the threads themselves didn't actually pose a question to the users for discussion.

We're just tweaking the atmosphere a little. Hopefully no one is horribly inconvenienced by this.

Sadly it's dead according to some users and I don't feel like being the only living soul in that channel, and also Skype is shit and doesn't protect my freedoms.

I operate a little IRC channel that's been up for about a year and a half now. Its heyday has since passed, a year ago we had about 12 regulars and a fair few lurkers that would drop drop by every so often, but recently it has whittled down to a core group of just four regulars. However, despite our size, we are still more active than some channels with 20~ regulars.

If the thought of joining such a small, tight-knit channel doesn't put you off, feel more than free to join and chat with us, we have been bored lately and would enjoy some new blood.

As the name might suggest, we are just a bunch of virgin losers, though we're not your regular wizardchan extremist types, in fact, we don't even particularly like the site. We aren't going to start screaming ree if you can act normal in public or something. We just talk about whatever. I guess that's all.

Had this page open for a while now sitting on it, but screw it. Skype's in the email field. 22 year old drug user neet, saying it now so we can avoid it if it bothers you. I haven't talked to someone new for a while so please excuse the 'tism, not like one expects to be swamped or anything.
