I'm going through the same thing and I'm as lost as you are. Unable to stop it I just kinda embraced it by indulging in those crazy behaviors while losing all sense of care.

I don't recommend this though as it will alienate you from others and possibly push you over the edge.

This, pretty much. There's not really such a thing as "going crazy", you're just mentally ill. Though even that can be solved with appropriate meds.
