The point of having a job is not working 12 hours for the rest of your life, but archieving something, having goals and dreams to make real.
If your economy allows it, there is no science, you can have a lot of activities dialy and be a NEET.
However if your economy does not allow it, there is a lot of discussion in this board about how to, and how much
>am not able to commit sudoku because I'm a coward.
Ur not, being a coward is giving up on life, it takes courage to continue living when you know the path is absolute pain.

I've found that I'm just as full of self-hate when I have work as when I don't. If I'm in a job that pays enough for me to get by, I have no time and cannot accomplish any goals (as well as generally slowly wanting to murder everyone at the place of employment). If I'm in a job that gives time, it certainly doesn't pay enough for me to accomplish goals and financial woes come crushing down on me. What's the solution? Is there one?
