Here is why I think your idea is dumb and you should feel bad: people become friends because of shared interests - that is, they are interested in doing the same thing.
The problem with NEETdom is, it is actually the opposite. It is NOT doing ANYTHING. It's not really a hobby or anything. It's an issue to deal with.

But the other particular case of misconduct, this person was using the Skype group chat as hunting grounds to prey upon some of the vulnerable members. Call me whatever you want for not speaking about the details but I can tell ya the people in case were very relieved to have that person gone from the chat. Myself included, it was ugly when I got to know what was going behind the scenes.
