Instant foods that require hot water and/or a microwave to cook, like instant noodles, hot pockets, cup of soups, microwaveable dinners, and anything else of the like.
I also tend to eat bread with Nutella spread on it. Combine with a cup of herbal tea for optimum enjoyment.
I also sometimes eat nuts such as cashews, hazelnuts, pine nuts, and brazil nuts.
Also don't want to forget sweets, like chocolate, gummy bears, ice cream, and cookies.
Not to mention soda, juice and water.

I eat more or less healthy…
-5 portions of vegetables+ fruit a day.
-Gorgonzola,Appenzeller,Gruyère,Gouda,Tilsit, Camembert…. and so much more sorts of cheese. I couldn't live without cheese. Never heard about
>>11520 >string cheese
though
-I like brown bread & pumpernickel and am not a huge fan of white bread.
-Other than that I only drink water from the tap and don't like sweet sodas. I drink beer from time to time though.
I also rarely eat sweets+chips. I ate enough of this shit when I was a child so I just don't buy junk food anymore.

Coffee, lots of water, more energy drinks than I should be drinking if I want to be healthy.
Lots of fruit (whatever's in season or frozen), try to eat lots of veg as well. Curry, rice, SO MUCH RICE, breads sometimes, some chocolate, shawarma, pasta, occasional bacon, occasional eggs… so on and so forth. I eat too many carbs and I'm trying to cut down on junk but I really enjoy junk like noodle cups and chips sometimes. I recently tried black bean chips as an alternative and they're really goddamn good… but expensive :(

>>11539I was hooked on junk food for a very long time. The only thing that worked for me was to follow a strict regiment of not buying soda and chips anymore. After a while you loose interest in them. I actually don't even like sweet drinks nowadays.
Little cocktail tomatoes and cut carrots are great as a replacement.

Bread and hummus (packed lunch). Apples, bananas, sweetcorn, peas, sometimes carrots. Fromage Frais. Rice, pasta, beans, various soy products. Peanuts, raisins. Occasionally Pizza or some Cheese. I drink energy drink about ~3 days a week because I cannot otherwise deal with life, but sugar free at least.
I tend to avoid anything that requires much more effort than just reheating, though maybe once every 4-5 weeks I cook a giant pot meal then freeze ~8 portions as a home made, cheap and relatively healthy ready meal.
Tiny chocolate bar and tiny packet of flavoured biscuits every day, as I cannot live free of sin.

>>11540Thank you for the advice! I do find that the healthier I eat, the less appealing more junk-y things get. I've almost totally cut out chips, and the only soda I drink now are those darn energy drinks. At this point I think the noodle cups and such are the biggest problem, they're so awful in terms of health but so cheap. I can get some that amount to around 70 cents for a meal… argh. I think what I need to do is focus on developing my cooking skills more, so that I can cook cheap, healthy meals in large amounts and eat those.

If you want to cut out the energy drinks you can try homemade tea. It's something to drink if you have an oral fixation thing. And you can buy some with or without caffeine if you need an energy boost or not.
I personally like chai tea which is kind of spicy but there are lots of flavors. If you like sweet stuff you can try black tea with a little bit of milk/coffee creamer/honey to sweeten it up.
I used to be an energy drink junkie but now I just drink tea which not only tastes better, but is better for you and you can personalize the flavor however you want.
I stopped drinking energy drinks because they were really harsh on my teeth and I noticed them getting sensitive to hot and cold stuff.
