Hmm, there's Richard Ramirez (Autopsy Experiment - Dwellers, Christ Is Black Death - Remains Left in the Chapel, everything released under Kourei, …), there's certainly Impermanence (Melancholy of the Silent Apparition, Hartlepool, Takamoridono no Monogatari, …), Damien De Coene/Charles Razeur and Vilgoć also have plenty of ambient stuff to their names I think
