Dream Story by Arthur Schnitzler.

Aside from the title, it's not explicitly about dreams, but its style follows a sort of hypnagogic logic that lulls you into dream-like images. It teeters the line between dream and nightmare often. (also Eyes Wide Shut is based on this book)
