I think this pretty much confirms lol's inspiration for Oreko, monomech, and the machine effect.

is sort of bothers me how similar this artist's work and oreko's machine are. i dont really know much about the time gap (the earliest work of the girl with the orange machine is 2008, im not sure when .flow was released first)
this artist draws a lot of cyclops and a lot of cyborg girls with similar features to the ones sabi is seen to have, and maybe its more of a tribute then a rip-off but….
