I managed to find the version but it's in Japanese I'll upload it if you still want it but I'll keep looking for the English version. Damn, I know I use to have it.

Okay after looking absolutely everywhere out of the 3 links I found, 2 had been deleted and the other was private. So what I did was take the Japanese version I found and "patched" it with the English files that were in 0.15. I play tested it and got no mistakes on my end so it should be fine. I Hope this is what you're looking for :>

As an aside this hunt as lead me to download and back up as many other versions as I could find. I currently have these versions backed up on my external hardrive: 0.03-0.07, 0.10, and 0.15-0.18 (only 0.10, 0.15, 0.17, and 0.18 are in English)
