I recently format my laptop and before I did, I copied the entire .flow folder to my external hard drive. Now I put it back on my laptop but I don't see any folder named "saves" or anything and when I insta-start the game it has no load option.
Did I lose my saves?

Your saves should be in your .flow folder. They don't have a separate folder, but I can't really remember what their name or file extension is

They should be in the game folder itself, named "Save01.lsd" and so on.
