Could it be that your ISP is blocking russian IP addresses? Try using VPN/proxy, I'm seeding the torrent 24/7, yet I've only uploaded 50 GB of the current iteration of the archive.

Oh well. I tried to restart a router to switch on different IP, and even restarted my puter, but it seems to have no effect. Does your torrent client has connection to the torrent trackers that included in torrent file? Is DHT on?

Could it actually be that some ISP's has started to block russian IP addresses because of "muh ukraine"? Had to ask an overseas friend of mine to update the archive from me, so everyone else could download the archive from him.
