You should do a bit more with the gore, make it a bit more prominent, and if needed put some red food dye on your forehead to give it a good 'Drip' effect, plus get a real tie instead of a clip on one. Try to put a bit more emotion into your poses, and don't always have your body facing straight towards the camera, try doing shots with 85-75% of your attention towards them, and don't be afraid to put a lot of emotion, to try and get the same horror effect you'd get if you saw one of these little monsters in .flow. Try to put a bit more 'omf' into the tails, fluffing them up a little bit, and maybe working on your bangs to make them run one direction, or cutting them a bit so that they hug your facial features instead of brushing off is a major plus in cosplays like this.

No joke.
Splash that shit on your pipe, get it on your hands and make it as messy as you can.
When it drys off, it stains the pipe giving it both a bloody and rusted look, since it stains between brown and red.
