Yes, I don't feel like replying because I see no point. If you enjoy them just play them.
But if you reall want to know, most people hate the new designs and think ZUN is out of ideas and copying fangames too much/taking too many fan memes seriously, hence why the newer games "worse". If you've actually played all of them you'd see some sort of deranging in quality, but for that you need to play them and judge by yourself.

Unpopular "gimmicky" mechanics and just more of the same. ZUN has been lying in the status quo for ages now, QA only improves ever so slightly from game to game. Can't say he's doing something wrong though, guy has to make dough for beer.
