Symptoms that immediately make me think of Sabi/.flow:

>Vomiting
>Stomach pain
>Red Eyes*

>Difficulty breathing
>Bleeding inside and outside of the body

*Can't actually remember if Sabi is ever (officially) depicted with red eyes herself, but there ARE numerous instances of of eyes in .flow, and a couple of them are even red.

I had completely forgotten that Rust's eyes are a more reddish hue than Sabi's. I guess one could use this to back up the Ebola theory even more. I might look up Ebola a bit more and see if there's any other things that even remotely relate to .flow.
